I feel like I’m not going to be seen or needed by adding to the hundreds of thousands of already existing fashion Instagram posts out there. Here is what I think, though. What makes me unique is that I try to wear what compliments my figure. I may not be trendy, but my outfits are simple, comfortable and easy to copy. As a stay-at-home mom, I don’t feel the need to have that many clothes, but it’s important to me that I enjoy a variety of looks and don’t want to be stuck in the monotonous style. My goal here is to try different looks by mixing and matching the tops and bottoms I own and accessorize and personalize them by using my small selection of jewelry. I hope you find it interesting and feel that you can get something out of this.
Casual Shorts Looks
Black and white outfit accessorized with jewelry pieces from Purpose Jewelry in Mumbai.
Once again I accessorized my simple outfit with Purpose Jewelry. This poncho shirt I purchased locally in Manila was my way of incorporating the fall fashion in the way possible in the tropical weather.
Pants Looks
I love off the shoulder shirts, but I don’t like having to keep pulling it up… Still I like wearing this one. I wore it when I went out with my husband for lunch on his day off. Yay!
Denim and a white T-shirt is so classic and I love it. I accessorized the look with some silver jewelry pieces. The bracelet is from Mumbai. I miss jewelry shopping in Mumbai!
A selfie with my daughter. I love the necklace which is also a purchase from Purpose Jewelry over 4 years ago.
Black pants and a T-shirt. I’ve loved this T-shirt from Zara for the longest time. The geometric earrings were a purchase in Mumbai. The rubber bracelet was a purchase from a Danish expat in Jakarta.
These black pants in the photo below are similar, but different black slacks from the ones in the photo above. I love the ones above so much, I bought a similar pair when I found them. I paired them with a taupe color shirt as opposed to a white shirt. I feel like I wear a white top all the time.
Athletic Wear
I wore a light pink yoga outfit. The whole outfit is from Forever 21. I thought I didn’t really care for pink, but now I love the subtle pastel pink!
The yoga top and bottoms were purchases from Marshalls in the U.S. Sometimes you find awesome athletic wears there.
I played tennis with my husband when he had a day off of work. The heat got me, but I enjoyed hitting around even though my swings were horrible.
Finally, another yoga outfit. This one is the most colorful yoga outfits that I own. Once in a while, I like wearing some colors. I’m pretty much in a mono-tone style all the time otherwise.
Thanks for reading all the way. I hope you’re enjoying the mid-week!
