I like to cook especially to entertain, but I am not passionate about cooking. My sister says cooking is therapeutic for her, but I never felt that way. Cooking is more of a chore and now I have three kids, I would rather have someone cook for me and spend time with my kids than I stand in the kitchen while my toddler son clings on my leg crying to get my attention.
There are so many great food bloggers and recipe websites out there (one of my favorite for Japanese recipes is Cookpad.com which is like a Japanese version of allrecipes website.). There are amazing food bloggers who inspire me a lot. I would love to be like them, but I am not passionate enough (or too lazy) to spend so much time cooking and blog about it at the same time. However, I would like to occasionally post some recipes when I come across ones that are great for everyday cooking and easy to find ingredients, some Japanese recipes that can be made in some remote places and other ethnic recipes that I enjoy.
I hope these recipes I shared will help others to find their new favorite recipes.
