We’ve got a fisher girl in our family. Our first daughter remembered how much fun she had last summer when she and her daddy fished together, so this time she was even more eager to fish again. Kids are so quick. She learned fast and caught many although none of them were a keeper. Our second child was on the side line cheering for her sister and every time her daddy is dealing with the fish her sister caught, she would be right next to him watching, but would not ask to touch or fish. She was like a pet dog. We like making memories with our girls like this.

This could be the video to Trace Atkin’s new song “She thinks we’re just fishing”:
And she thinks we’re just fishin’ on the riverside
Throwin’ back what we could fry
Drownin’ worms and killin’ time
Nothin’ too ambitious
She ain’t even thinkin’ ‘bout
What’s really goin’ on right now
But I guarantee this memory’s a big’in
And she thinks we’re just fishin’
