This room which belongs to my eldest daughter used to look like this with pink and red decoration. After her birthday party with blue decorations, I recycled the pompoms and frames to redecorate her room into a blue room which has been her wish for a while.
Here are some BEFORE & AFTER shots which I always love to see.
I bought frames and blue paint in Mumbai and painted the frames into the color I needed. Would you like to know where I got those frames and paint in Mumbai? Click here for the post on the frame shops I bought the frames from and here for the paint shop.
At the party for my daughter, I used these frames as photo booth props. It was quite fun!
With the left over bluer paint, I painted the IKEA hooks which used to be in pink. Don’t look so closely because you’ll going to see the chipped paint.
Changing the room was not that difficult as I was able to use the party decoration. I love the frames on the wall!
I hope you enjoyed the post!
