If you have followed me on my blog for some time, you are probably aware that I’m a yoga instructor. I went through YTT 200 and was certified in Mumbai, India in 2015. (Yoga YTT Retreat in Alibaug, India) Mumbai was our home of 3 years at the time. This is my 5th year of teaching yoga.
As someone who wears yoga outfits so frequently, I understand that workout outfits can feel like same thing over and over. I try to mix and match different tops and bottoms. I have many white and grey tops that look similiar that I tend to look as if I am wearing the same outfits all the time, but I do try to give a variation to my outfits by wearing a different sports bra or top with a different design on the back. The two outfits with a white top with a grey tie dye yoga pants in this post, for example, look the same, but they are two different design tops and bras in different colors. I know… Only it matters to me probably, but that’s fine.
Below is a collection of yoga outfits that I wore last month. I have missed taking photos of a few yoga outfits. On some days, I can’t be bothered even though I try to take photos everyday.
If you scroll down, you’ll see some photos of my yoga room.
This yoga outfit was a gift from my oldest daughter. She does a really good job finding good deals. I love shopping with her!
My hair is a bit shaggy because this photo was taken before I went to a salon last week. You can see my hair after the Japanese straight perm in the first few photos in this post.
Yoga Room
I use this room as a yoga room as well as a guest bedroom. I have a post on how I converted this room into a guest bedroom. Please click HERE to see the post.
I hope you enjoyed this post!
